 LETTER COUNT POLICY (Please Read Before Ordering):

Please double-check that the letter length option purchased matches the exact name provided.

• If the text provided contains more letters than the option selected/paid for (e.g., selecting a 3-letter option but requesting a 5-letter name), we will contact you to settle the difference for the extra letters before we can begin crafting your banner.

• To prevent any delays in crafting and shipping, please make sure to select the correct letter count at checkout!
