Returns

• You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

• To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.

• Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Personalized or custom products
    

  • Digital downloads or gift cards
    

Refunds

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size/color.

• If you need to exchange an item, please contact us before returning it.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
