International Customs, Taxes & Import Fees

All orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom. 

* European Union (EU) Customers: Prices on our website do not include local VAT, duties, or customs handling charges. Your local postal service (e.g., La Poste, CTT, Deutsche Post) may collect local VAT and a courier clearance handling fee from you upon delivery.

All import taxes, customs duties, and postal clearance fees are the sole responsibility

Incorrect address:
Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping information.
If the order is returned to us, the customer is responsible for any
additional costs to resend the order.

International Shipping

At checkout, we offer two international shipping options:

1. Standard International Shipping (Untracked)
This is an economical, non-tracked option. Please note that if you choose standard untracked shipping, we cannot be held responsible for any lost, delayed, or missing items in transit. Proof of postage is always obtained upon dispatch, but selecting this option is done at the buyer's own risk.

2. Tracked International Shipping (Recommended)
This option includes a tracking number provided via email upon dispatch, allowing you to monitor your delivery progress. For peace of mind, we strongly recommend choosing Tracked Shipping at checkout.
