No, this listing is for the premium vinyl decals only. You will need to purchase your bubble balloons, cups, or bags separately. This allows you to choose your favourite local supplier!

2. Is it easy to apply the decals?
Yes! Every order comes with a step-by-step application guide. Our decals are sent with professional transfer tape already applied, making it easy to peel and stick.

3. What type of balloons do these work best on?
Our decals are specifically designed for Clear Bubble Balloons (stretchy plastic). They also work on foil balloons. We do not recommend using them on standard small latex balloons as they deflate quickly and the vinyl may wrinkle.

4. Can I reuse the decals?
Our vinyl is high-quality and long-lasting, but it is designed for single use. Once applied and removed, it cannot be reapplied.

5. Are the decals waterproof?
Yes! Our vinyl is waterproof and durable, which makes them perfect for party cups and bottles. They won't budge even if the cups get a bit of condensation.
